I. Products Description and Application

The FKCT instrument is used to measure the transformer no-load and on-load loss characteristics. It is made up with high-precision passive transformer, multiple regulated power supply, high-precision A / D sampling, high-speed data processing, liquid crystal displays, micro printer and so on; Fast data process, high measurement accuracy , all-Chinese character display interface, easy operation, clear display , direct print of the measurement data by panel printer; It is equipped with a RS232 communication interface, and you can operate, control measures, input and output parameters by a computer. The computer software is fully functional, the interface is friendly, and all the measurement data can be analyzed, saved and printed as you need.

II. Features

• Measure transformer no-load & load-test loss, power factor, voltage rms, current rms, voltage or current RMS average, the percentage impedance voltage, load current percentage.
• Measure the load current and calculate no-load loss after waveform correction.
• Measure the load impedance voltage and convert to the impedance voltage and loss at 75 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
• Wide voltage and current measurement range, high accuracy, measuring range automatic switching according to the experimental voltage and current.
• Ehinese menu display, SP-E16 panel printer can print out all the measured parameters
• Mini digital input keypad for easy numeric input.
• A large number of parameters data of common transformers in it, which simplify the parameter setting.
