    Induced Voltage Withstand Test Set For Power Transformer , Triple Frequency Power Generation Group


    I. Product Description:


    Induced voltage withstand test(IVWT), also called induced overvoltage withstand test ,ACSD,ACLD, DVDF, is one of most important dielectric test of power transformers.As per IEC60076-3-2013, IVWT is necessary routine test and acceptance test ater installation for abobe 110KV Power transformer .


    MODEL IVWT series Induced Voltage Withstand test set is designed for induced voltage withstand test for below 132KV class power transformers capacity.The test set provides variable double voltage output at double or three times constant frequency with single phase or three phase to test transformer insulation performance between turns of coils, layer to layer. its synchronous generator output frequency 150Hz. , single phase or three phase output could be changed at the control panel


    II. Main components of the test set

    1. 3-phase asynchronous motor, rated frequency, 380V, 50Hz, one piece
    2. 3-phase synchronous generator, rated frequency 150Hz,one piece
    3. Control and Excitation cabinet, one piece.
    4. The motor and generator are positioned on the same one pedestal, and connected with steel couples.

    III. Working Principle

    While this motor drives the synchronous generator up to rated rotate speed, the exciting current issued by DC excitation power is inputted to the generator rotor coil .Since generator’s rotor is running, therefore, the generator will output AC current. Output voltage change with exciting current change.


    IV. Generator Structure


    Actually, the generator are composed of synchronous generator and DC excitation power supply.

    DC excitation power supply provide the DC current/excitation current to the generator rotor, excitation current and excitation voltage also could be displayed.

    7.Direction of the motor : clockwise.

    8.Generator Connection : Star for three phase output, and open delta for single phase

    9.Protection:

    9.1 Excitation Power Supply: Zero-interlocked for excitation current;

    9.2 Generator: Over current for A,B,C phase at the generator side, and overcurrent values could be set ; over-voltage protection for A phase at the generator side;

    9.3 Motor: Over current, Over load;
